Ask the government officials to wait until the dawn raid coordinator arrives.

Then tell them: “The company objects to this.” Inform the dawn raid coordinator. Do not stop the government officials, but do stay with them. Record exactly what happens.

Do not provide information on your own initiative. Do not do, say or provide anything unless you are asked to do so.

Communicate only with the dawn raid coordinator and the lawyer. Accordingly, you should not communicate with any uninvolved colleagues, suppliers, clients, relatives, friends, social media or the press.
